My first class of Technology and Fine Art incorporated a needed review of Photoshop.  I was pleasantly surprised at how much more sense it all made this time around.  The "Macfear" factor has dropped to a very manageable level.  Just knowing how to power up the laptop, navigate the dock - or even what the dock is - has made a huge difference.  I'm looking forward to the class projects.  I have a better sense of what style interests me and a vague sense of how to accomplish it.  At this point I'm somewhat comfortable with selection process in Photoshop and hope that there is some transference to Painter (which I am less comfortable with).  This class I worked a little in an image from an alley in a small Greek Island village.
