This image was done in
Photoshop. I took the original photo in
Rolle, a small town on the lake of Geneva, in Switzerland. The photograph you see here was imported and used as the background layer. Multiple layers were selected (lasso tool) and colored primarily using the "fill bucket" tool. While I wandered off on my own selecting colors I stayed fairly true to the original shapes and composition of the photo. If I were to revisit this image I would likely liven up the colors a little and try to do more with the light and shadows and do a more with the lake reflections.
